Not just depressed, but confused to boot…

A radio ad about depression says, “If you think you’re alone, you’re not.”

OK. So does that mean that if I DON’T think I’m alone, I actually AM?

That’s depressing to contemplate…

    Actually, the logical equivalent is If you are alone, you don’t think you are alone.

    Contrapositive is the equivalent.

    p > q = ~ q > ~ p
