Am about to run out and join Wesley Donehue and Phil Bailey at the Flying Saucer for another episode of Pub Politics.
I had asked them to ask me back when Lent was over so I could actually drink the beer while we’re talking, so they asked me back today.
It starts at 5:45. I think you can find it here…
If that’s not right, I’ll give you the right link later. Gotta run.
I went there and it was podcasts, it seemed, not live streams.
I just updated the link. Try it again.
Wesley and Phil promise a high-res version later…
It captures all the reasons I hate pubs–now that smoking is illegal: the noise, the uncomfortable seating and unflattering lighting. I’d have Elegant Cocktail Lounge with subtle piano jazz in the background.
The point about how the negative ads benefit Leighton with Republicans and the detailed analysis of economic development are excellent. The discussion about Sanford/Argentina boost to the incentives, great! I just really got annoyed with the background noise!
Brad,
Will you be covering the political events this weekend?
