As was once said of Zaphod Beeblebrox, Keven is “just this guy, you know?” He’s the afternoon drive-time talk-radio guy on WVOC, 560 AM. Here is his blog.
I was last on Keven’s show a little while before the S.C. presidential primaries. He asked me to make predictions about how they would come out then, but I don’t remember it. He asked me to predict the outcome of the presidential campaign in November, which I was loathe to do, and unprepared for. I gave him an answer — I have trouble saying “I don’t know” — but if you didn’t tune in, you missed it.
I first remember being clearly aware of Keven one day in New York when I was walking around the Garden with Lindsey Graham, and he got a phone call from Keven and did a phone interview standing there. As I recall, this occurred about a minute before the senator introduced me to Tim Russert, which was just before we met Biff Henderson from the Letterman show, which is what really impressed me.
I listened and noticed your refusal to answer Keven Cohen’s question about having already made up your mind.
Why be coy, Mr. Warthen?
Your paper hasn’t endoresed a Democratic Party nominee for president since Harry Truman. You have no intention, and never have had any honest intention of endorsing anyone other than John McSame.
Who’s Keven Cohen?

As it happens, Keven is interviewing Sen. Graham on his show again today, at 4:20 p.m.
